The fee includes the full conference programme, scheduled coffees and lunches, Royal Tour, and the Conference Dinner.
* Invited COST23155-members will get a split bill in view of reimbursement rules.
All the fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
After processing your registration, you will receive an invoice from BVMK with details for payment via bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations, and no refunds will be granted for no-shows.
A confirmed registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation at no additional cost.
All participant transfers must be submitted by email to otlc@ugent.be
