Upon submission of an abstract or poster, you will receive and email from otlc@ugent.be confirming your submission. You can also check the status of your submission at: wurtl.ugent.be/submissions

Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit a 300-words abstract by 20 March 2026.

Please prepare your abstract using the template provided below.

• Design: maximum 300 words

Poster Guidelines

For accepted poster contributions, please adhere to the following specifications:

• Format: A0 size (841 x 1189 mm), Portrait orientation.
• Design: Please use the official conference header/footer where possible.
